DIY store chassis question

I see that the chassis on the DIY store has pre-tapped holes for 3mm screws, however, it does not state the thread pitch for them. Can someone tell me what the thread pitch is and also what type of metal screws/standoffs others around here use? Brass? Zinc? SS?

The holes in the heatsinks are usually 7mm deep while the threads are 6.5mm deep.

Can I get it with premade holes for 4 duplex outlets and 1 IEC inlet on the back side?
