DIY SRPP ecc82

I am building my third srpp ecc82 and I think I build it with with one channel sharing both tubes. I think it must be a advantage that you can replace only one tube and you do not need matched pairs of tubes? A

Yes but then elevation of the heater can be an issue, when using AC heating.

I use DC for the heaters....LM7812.
