Anybody know how to make a DIY power sequencer (like Panamax, Adcom, Rotel, Furman's products) that have a delayed on/off for power amps to stop transients?
Im sure a PIC (programmable IC) from microchip could do this super easy...only problem would be the intial cost of the chip programmer (~$120).
But it would be as simple as waiting for the main power button to be switched on then just say pause 5 seconds, activate next output, pause 5 seconds, activate next output, and so on.

Dang at that price probbly better just to get somethin commercially available- Furman, Juice Goose, panamax, Adcom, Rotel......
