Does anyone knows of a design with the Visaton FRWS 5 that could be used as a computer speaker? I would like to make a small pc speaker for use at the office so it has to be:
- cheap in case it falls off the desk
- only needs to play very softly as I don't think it will be tolerated at normal volumes
- small as my desk is already overflowing
I could use some of those plastic pc speakers but were is the fun in that? Something that looks a bit out of the ordinary or plain weird would be more suitable.

just for fun I once designed a TL which had 3 of these in, 1 as midhigh, the other 2 as low. never heard if the guy actually built them...
the middle one in a 75cc enclosure, and gets a HP filter of 27uF (or 33uF) (reverse polarity), the other 2 mounted in series with a LP of 2.2mH and 47uF
but it can also be single driver of course:
this one actually was built 😀 depth of the cab half of the other one
edit: I see you're from Belgium, so you might be able to read the original threads on these two

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
