DIY boombox amp/speakers problem

Hi guys,

I build cheap boombox with car speakers 🙁 (shame on me) 🙁
I have TA2024 amp
and Mac Audio mobil 16.2 speakers.
Problem that I have is that when one channel is connected one speakers is working fine, but when I connect the other channel it is like they lose low tones, almost I cannot even hear bass.
Speakers work fine when only one is working, but when both are working it is like they cancel each other. They are like 10 cm apart facing forward but I dont think that is the problem.
So please if someone know what is the problem, please help me. I'am new at this and I dont know a lot.

You probably wired your speakers out of phase. Try switching the wires on one speaker.

Thank you very much. I did that but speakers were out of the box so I didnt hear it clearly. 😱
