A charger is a power supply with a fixed output voltage, which is set by a reference voltage. Replace this reference with an audio signal and the supply voltage will 'follow' this alternating reference accordingly. Amplifiers are build in this fashion to accomodate (without to much unwanted issues) enjoyable music into loudspeakers.
So, the most profitable way to adapt an old laptop charger into an audio amplifier is to tap on it rhytmically and artistically.
