Is the ZXTP2027F SMD version of ZTX951?
The datasheet looks very similar, even the mark on the body is 951, the NPN (ZXTN2018F) is marked 851.

Yes, I presume so, as the product marking in the datasheet is "951"... Pretty conclusive - and the current figures are the same.
