Hi does anyone know what diode is used from vcc to vb

I can't cross most of the diode markings but you need a high-speed diode that can easily withstand the full rail-rail voltage.

The ES1G and ER1D (similar but different size and voltage) are used in some amps.

These ones we got here in south africa dont use driver boards its just one board from energy audio

I found some markings on it but dont know its prefixes it 200A on the end
