Can anyone describe diferences between X1 and X2 class caps (also Y1 and Y2)... Where should I use X1 and where X2 ?

They are basically classes of capacitors designed for AC use on the main power line.
You are supposed to use X2 only on mains lines, its because they are flame retardent, and self healing.

X capacitors, where a breakdown of the capacitor due to lightning or switching transients would not lead to an electric shock hazard and Y capacitors, used in applications where capacitor breakdown could cause a dangerous situation.

X2 (Y2) has lower safe-range, but even this range is much higher, than needed in every Audio-apllications 🙂
