I have made class d amp with differential input stage.....its single supply and on same GND line i have preamplifier which has one output......how to connect that two and keep differential input to be differential?...if possible without using an audio transformer....

It is the proper way to do it. Differential input amplifies the difference between the positive input and the negative input of a balanced signal. The ground pin, pin1 of the XLR has nothing to do with audio. If a unbalanced input signal is connected, one simply connects the signal wire to positive input and the shield/ground to the ground of the amplifier. The negative input can be left unconnected or if you want, tide to ground. The last option can also be done via an RC filter, but that's up to you.
