Die-Cast version of Philips CDM12 optic-pickup Mod?

Hi All Pro,

Attached is a photo pic of a Die-Cast version Philips CDM12 Optic-Pickup::nod: :nod:
Is any one experienced in modify/update commercial plastic CDM12 to this kind of Die-Cast version?
Any comments?😕

This die-cast cdm12 optic-pickup was pulled out from a Marantz CDR615 professional CD Recorder. It is supposed to be a CDR head.

The dimension of this die-cast cdm12 is exactactly the same as cdm12.1/vam1201 or similar 12.3.4.6...

The bearing of laser head is the same as cdm12.1/vam1201, gear driven, linear, I will take another shot if needed...

There is a attached driver board beanth, seems to be a laser /decoder board with a main chip TDA1372H. Still finding the data sheet of TDA1372H..🙁 🙁
