DHT filament bias 6A 650V GEN6 SiC Schottky Diode

I don't know, that's I'm asking.
Depends on the utilization.
As you can see in datasheets, these diodes "linear" range over 2A current.
Forward voltage drop is lower than -for example- Gen3 types, so for the same filament bias voltage more pieces need.
The dynamic resistance about 25% lesser than Gen3 types, but if you use even one more piece, the benefit may be lost.
