Design needed for ts-w2000spl

hi all, i have a pioneer ts-w2000spl sub. i currenty have it in a 1.80 cu. ft. (including driver displacment) and it doesnt hit low tones too well. so would increasing the volume of the box while lengthening the port will get it to play lower? would going from 1.80 to 2 cubic feet make a noticeable drop in frequency?
or better yet to all the audio gurus, do you have any box plans?

First of all download WINisd, to model how it will model in a bigger box. A sealed box should allow a bunch of low end in a car though.

Also what do you consider low? name some songs or name some frequencies.
