DENON PMA 655R problem -16v

Hello.
Denon PMA 655R integrated amplifier.
No sound.
+16v on TR101 is OK.
Nothing on E & B of TR102.
-42v on C of TR102 is OK.
I replaced the transistor TR102,no results.

I remade a dozen source selector on this model, you checked it? it is in "protection mode"? do you have a little offset at the output? the relay sticks? etc etc etc

Source selector ok
No offset at the output

No minus 16v

Check R110 and R114 (might be open), ZD102 (might be shorted) and their traces (including connection of TR102 emitter to components down the line). The resistors are marked "PSNB", not sure what that stands for but they might be the fusible kind that is kind of notorious for being unreliable.

This is a very simple circuit, the fault may be well-hidden but can't really be anything overly outlandish.

Replaced,and Amplifier works fine.
