Here we have R004 going from, uugh? ground to ground? lol
The DRA line is a great line of clean sounding 2ch receivers.
Go for the DRA 835 , 1025, or 1035 is the Top Model.
Enjoy!
Hi there
SONY also do this things. What is the purpose, BTW?
Thank you.By mounting certain 'dummies' mfg can read PCB version. Resistors are cheap...
Using an active device in that position will result in greatly improved sound quality!
Sorry,....I couldn't resist.......🙂

Yup, the Denon DRA series sounded great, but it might be better to use past tense - many of the mainstream consumer audio lines have few if any offerings with "terrestrial radio" tuners in 2 channel versions these days - tons of multichannel HT receivers and stereo integrated amps, but few "old school" 2 channel receivers.
There may of course be lots to be found used via the conventional channels, E-Bay, the local "used {your city here}.com or "new old stock" at bricks and mortar dealerships.
For some folks the gradual demise of that market segment might be worth shedding a tear over, but I'm not one of them.

Generally these are places so the value can be machine read on a test rig or similar, you are always going to get 0R with that set up.
NO, it is used as a spacer on the edge of the pcb so that the pcb stays clear by that distance from whatever, may be front panel in this case. I have another post with similar purpose resistors.

Yes done that with SMD resistors to support a display, far cheaper than a bespoke mechanical alternative.
