denon dvd 3930 vs budget blueray

hi i recently bought a very large DVD collection and was wondering.

what would be the best way to look at them on a budget.
i will only watch dvds no blueray on a 1080p tv

and i was wondeing how a denon 3930 would perform using upscaling
vs a playstation 4
or modern new blue ray player under 150.

any input is very welcome
