Hello, I recently purchased an used Denon DCD-1015 for a mere 35 quid, as this was a great upgrade for playing music on the pioneer dvd player i was using before i was wondering if a few cheap upgrades would be justifiable.
I've read online that upgrading the caps and power supply can improve sound. Also bitumen/blue tak some panels from the inside to stop the player vibrating.
I've used some isolation material under the feet with great results, couldn't believe the difference. I feel confident to change caps and stuff and thinking of upgrading the caps near the digital outputs and upgrading the power supply. Am currently running it through a QED Optical lead. Thanks.
