Hey there I had my 1702FP working fine with A temporary FFC Holder, well apparently it slipped and now the LCD wont turn on, yet the LEDs telling me that its recieving power are on and detects my Xbox 360 just fine

Sorry, buddy. Looks like you might be SOL. Then again, for all I know, you aren't. But most likely you are.
I have that same monitor, and am incredibly lucky. When I disassembled it, put it in a new housing, and turned it on, the image was just a big white bar. I thought maybe the FFC connector was messed up, so I TOOK THE TWO FFC'S IN MY FINGERS AND MOVED THEM AROUND! The image fluctuated, but no good. It was only later that I learned that my real problem was grounding wires, and I now realise how lucky I am that moving the FCC's over each other didn't fry whatever should have fried (knock on wood).

Sorry about that. Don't give up hope just yet, maybe somebody'll come along who can help.
What shows up on the screen right now, if you have the ffc connectors properly connected? Anything at all? If so, there's definitely hope. Or is there absolutely nothing?
Also, when you turn it on, can you hear a kind of electrical buzzing noise from a couple feet away from the main controller board?

Yeah, it could very well be the ffc cables just need to be realigned properly; something that isn't always easy. But, if they crossed wires long enough, you could've fried a regulator or something on the controller board or the transistors on the LCD itself. If this is your second, you cou ld try switching controller boards with your first LCD. Possible. Good luck.
I tried switching Control Boards and No Go 🙁 I even directly connected the FFC W/out the extension, definatly a transistor...
..so I went out today and Picked up a Sammy 730B everythings up and going and let me say that the XBox 360 is AMAZING~!
