Hello All! I am in the process of building a Budgie based Arduino Preamp, and now need a phono preamp to get my Vestax PDX-D3 up and running.
I have had a tube based phono preamp in the past and love the warm sound. I would love to get the Budgie Phono, but at the price point am deciding between the Hagerman Bugle 2 or Cambridge 640p since I will have a set of tubes driving the preamp anyways.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Speakers are Yamaha HS7 Monitors, KRK 10s Sub using all 1/4 and XLR.

Have only heard good things about the Bugle, but how about the High Octane phono preamp by our "own" Hannes Allmaier? Featured in Linear Audio Vol. 6. PCB are available for preorder now fra h_a himself.
