I just noticed a green spot, at the left side of my TV, i was woundering if someone know howto make such a magnetich ring, for readjust my TV-color. ?????
Most modern TV's have a degaussing circuit. As UrSv says, switch the TV off (make sure you actually turn it off not just put it in standby) for 10 minutes and then see if the problem improves when you turn it back on.

Lower the contrast.
If the 'green spot' disappears, there is too much current running true the CRT. This can lead to strange coloured areas on the screen.
Most new TV sets are factory preset with very high contrast for commercial reasons.
This spoils the CRT quite fast.
