Why? Much more sensible to simply use the correct value and type in the correct place - just like (presumably) all the many other stages in the recording-reproduction chain which are outside your control.

In most cases you may have to replace a coupling cap with a DC servo, which almost invariably involves not only caps but also opamps and stuff like feedback stability. The net result could be worse. By all means don't use more coupling caps than is necessary, but don't use fewer than necessary either.
There is also the question of setting the LF rolloff. This has to be done somewhere and using the right value of coupling cap in the right place is a good way to do this.

so removing the output cap will make the aikido unstable?

If the amp you will use with it has an input coupling cap which can cope with the Aikido maximum possible DC output voltage, and you will never use one without a cap, or put a volume control between them, then you can omit the Aikido output coupling cap. Perhaps to remind yourself you should put a label on the back panel.

If this is on a separate chassis from the amp it's feeding, you'll have a dangerous voltage exposed on the audio interconnect. It's not worth the chance of hurting somebody.
