I have the Dats V3 and can't for the life of me figure out how to use the oscilloscope. I've found nothing in the documentation about physically hooking it up to an amplifier.
I own a Mesa Subway D800+ bass guitar amplifier and my goal is to suss out exactly what the tone controls do. It has a Voice control which basically scoops the mids and boosts both the lows and the highs, a shelving bass control centered at about 40 Hz and shelving treble control centered at about 4 Khz. It also has two overlapping sweepable semi parametric midrange controls (low from 150 to 1800 hz and high from 300 to 5000 hz) with +14/-14 db gain for each band. It also has a built in always on 2 pole high pass filter at 22 hz coupled with a variable 2 pole high pass filter ranging from 30 to 150 hz.
The descriptions in the manual are pretty good but I want to see what each control does to the signal on a graph, so I can tune out some annoying gank in the drivers I'm using in my bass cabinet.
The amplifier section is a modified B&O icepower 700AS1.
On the back panel we have the following outputs:
2 Speakon outs
Effects loop send and return
Headphones
DI
Tuner out
Thanks a bunch in advance to all.
