Datasheet for optical Pick Up (Laser Head) Model DLBA2Z001A wanted

This model was the predecessor of NEC's model SPU3011 and is in use by several old CD Players from Onkyo Integra series - go to
Onkyo_Integra

I want to have a data sheet of this optical pickup. Unfortunately the manufacturer of the DLBA2Z001A is unknown for me.
Who can upload the datasheet of this laser head resp. of the associated mechanism?

Hi, before try to lubricate the disc motor. it solves 75% of the problems regarding Onkyo CD players.
