Damping full-range with passive radiator

I recently purchased a full-range driver speaker on Amazon with a passive radiator. There is no damping inside of it. Given that a passive radiator is related to a port, should I only damp the walls like I would with a port, or damp the entire box like a sealed speaker?

Damping only the walls may or may not be enough to deal with standing waves, but yes, use only what you need.
