I am trying to troubleshoot this problem but its beyond my level. I built the ezDAC and it works for a little while then it starts making loup crackling and popping noises ...
I measured the DC offset on each channel and its only 4mV on the right and 2mV on the left.

bump? sound like an y common symptons? I am new at this so hopefully there is someone with more experience than I that can help me!
It could be caused by a bad solder joint. It might pay to have a careful look over for dry joints, etc. Is the crackling present on both channels?
I have checked all the solder joints they look good, its in both channels after about 5 mins of use. The first five minutes it sounds great!
Sound like heat related, spray a bit of freeze gas on the output componets one at a time when it is crackling, and maybe you will find the fault if it stops crackling.

So I think I figured it out. It was a power supply issue. I was supplying the DAC with +/-13.86V DC from an eZDual which appearently wasn't enough, so I had a Twisted Pear LCBPS which I could adjust the output so I adjusted it to +/-15V DC and I have no more crackling. I tested it for about 15min and it sounded good. Using the ezDual it took about 5 min and the crackling would start, so I imagine the opamps weren't getting enough juice...
