Edit, Maybe not the TDA1305 as the other IC looks in the "wrong" place physically. You will have to flip the board over.

Looking at the player and making a few educated guesses, I would say:
A chip: SAA7310
B chip: SAA7220
DAC: SAA7321, SAA7322 or SAA7323 (all similar)
That's mainly based on the physical package indicated by the PCB's silkscreen and that not all that many surface mount DACs were commonly paired with the SAA7220.
