D amp schema needed

Hello

I`m thinking to built D amp to my subwoofer but i don`t know where to find schema for it.

It should have above 200W power and mono or 1 channel version.

It must allso drive 4ohm or below impedance woofer.

Could someone please give me schema if anyone have.

I think " k1jroth " is asking for Class-D schematics not for suggesstion on Gate driver IC's.
