CS8416 Signal Lock LED

Does anyone know off hand how to get a signal lock signal from a cs8416? I'm sure it is in the datasheet, but the details are alluding me right now. Oh, this is hardware mode outputting i2s

NV/RERR (pin 14) -> PNP -> LED.

Should pin 14 also be connected to ground via a 47K resistor?
