Impedance is likely very low at high freq, suggest getting rid of low pass components 1.2uH and 4.7uF. Crossovers need to be designed for the particular cabinet and companion mid/woofer, so there's little to be said about the filter beyond that. It's a high pass that's not hitting your target curve by a mile.
To decide if you need to so something with the top octave, listen for yourself with some EQ to make the decision.

Depends what you're trying to do with it to be honest (power handling etc.), and also what you're partnering it with (same, and the LP response). Ignoring the filter itself & concentrating purely on the response, I'd say 'probably', but that comes with a metric ton of caveats. 😉
