crossover design

i need your help,

can someone design to me a crossover for b&c 12FW76-8 AND DE 75P.

i do same crossover but always i had the same problem (lpad) i don't know if the power of resistance is the same of the driver or power of amp.
sometimes i see more part in the crossover that i can't understand why we use it;

and why do you want crossover for those drivers ?

i don't understand your question???? the first(12FW76) is a woofer and the second is drivers 2" (DE75). I wont to know the best crossover frequency.

and witch program to simulate this.
