Crossover adjustment

I need to change one of the frequencies in a crossover. Can anyone recommend me a good person or shop for the job?
It should be simple enough, it's all point-to-point and I just need to change on frequency from 200hz to 300hz.

Proper crossover design incorporates close consideration of the loudspeaker driver behaviour, not the least the actual impedance of the drivers at and around the crossover point.

Sending the crossover itself away to be modified would necessarily be a modification based on theory - and may or may not perform OK. It is entirely possible that you could end up deeply dissatisfied with the result. Or ecstatic.

The pic looks like a very custom job. Can you go back to the original designer?

I do wonder what leads you to the conclusion the crossover point would be better at 300 rather than 200Hz...

Such a change may be unnecessary depending on the crossover slope and driver involved. Why do you need to change the frequency?

I'm building a system around Goto horns with a Supravox midbass woofer at the bottom. These crossovers are meant for a four-way Goto system. Problem is the horn I have for my low-mid drivers aren't 'the big ones' they're pretty big but not as big as the horns these crossovers were designed for.
I'm not sure if Goto would agree to modify the crossovers since one of the drivers I'm using isn't theirs. Even if they did, I'd be hesitant to use them since they charge an arm and a leg for everything.
