In the power supply, is that resistor between the primary and secondary grounds?
In the audio circuit, the photos I have, have the same resistor burned, but not as badly. I don't know if the multiplier band is reliable. Does it connect between the shield ground and the secondary ground?

Back to this amp .
Replaced the resistors amp powers up and had audio but the left channel has very low output .
Any ideas on where to start looking ?
I cleaned all switches and it made no difference

Which terminal goes to ground? 1 or 2?
For the one that is NOT grounded, are the audio signals equal?

What's between the header where the signals are equal and that (muting) transistor, pin 1?
Is there a bad cap, an out of tolerance resistor or maybe a bad connection?
