Critique my PCB (OPA1632 buffer/pre)

Dug up one of my old layout ideas today because I found myself needing it again. A "universal" balanced buffer/preamp based on the OPA1632/THS4xxx differential opamps.

The circuit is more or less lifted from Russ White's TPA stuff and the differential pre at shine7.com, so that should be OK. However, the PCB layout is my own so I am more interested in how I have done here 🙂

Design goal is basically to make something that is as universally applicable as possible, within the constraints of:

1) Max. PCB size 5*5cm (so useable with the cheap PCB services)
2) Onboard Neutrik XLR as it is more practical (a non-XLR version is of course quite easy to make)
3) Through-hole components preferred (although I have an SMT-version as well, just needs a bit of cleaning)

Any and all comments very welcome before I consider sending these off for manufacturing 🙂

Boscoe: Because I have all the PTH-parts but next to no SMT-parts. Also, some things in the layout are easier with PTH. Anyway, I cleaned up my previous SMT-version as well. Resistors are 0805 but that should be OK anyway 🙂

Andrew: I have been reading a little about the "pin 1" problem and I get the impression that it sometimes is necessary to connect pin 1 to AGND as well. This is why I have jumper for pin 1 on the board.
