This amp power up has rail and regulated voltage.I drive a signal in the amp but am not seeing no oscillation on the outputs.Driver ICs have supply voltage.

Any suggestions?

The CSD is referenced to pin 6. Black meter probe on 6. While you're there checking pin 5, check pin 1 as well.

6.20v stable on CSD

10.27v on pin 1 using pin 6 for reference.

Is it precisely 6.20v on both driver ICs?

Photo of area around the driver ICs? Preferably good enough to read the values of the various resistors.
