I'm here again a little confused, today a friend of mine come with it's new RF Prime 300.4 because it has not enough power, so i decide open it to see if something wrong with it ! surprise !! a crappy amp guts inside ! just 2 ordinary transistors per channel a lousy power supply small size cap Chinese made unbranded very bad assembly. my question is : is this the new family of Rockford ?? or is some kind chinese cheap copy ??? 😱

this is the discontinued prime line from Rockford. It was bad. The new prime equipment from the d class and full range d class is exceptional for the price point.
😱 so is this actually a real Rockford Fosgate amp ? i told my mate he was scammed 😛 opps !
Even has special made capacitors that have the "RF" logo on them. Not rare as Rockford provided BP caps for tweets.
