I finally got an amazing image projected on the wall. The lcd was on my modded 3m ohp, when i decided to open the thing, forgetting the LCD was on it. This was from a 15"FP and was farly fragile, so it cracked like there's no tommorrow as soon as it hit the cement garage floor. 
Am I the king of dumb or what?!
Anyway, I'm selling my other 15" LCD from a Dell 1500FP along with all of its original parts (power supply, light guide, polarizing sheets, controller, button interface...) the problem with it is that I cut the ribbon to extend it and never got around to it. It has 26 wires, but some are doubles, so leaving 20 separate. I am also selling my 3m 9100 ohp, which has a stage revealing the entire fresnel- 12"x12". It has a cracked mirror, but it projects without a hitch- no need to replace the mirror. Asking: $200 us for both, will sell separate. As i mentioned, i'm picking up anothe lcd as soon as I get enough money- hopefully this weekend. i can get used for about 200us. i was happy with the test results i got from the ohp, but want to make my own box design- think it will be better.
