You are not going to find them at no cost. The manual is a book for one. Then there is the alignment needed whenever you replace the tubes.
Buy the manual from Mr. Elliot (as much as I hate to say that), or have a good technician set it up.
To start, what equipment do you have. I may be able to help a little in troubleshooting.

Yes I think you 're right...
Probably I will buy it straight from mr Elliot.
I see no other choice...
I bought this unit from eBay and it came in a terrible situation...
No sound at all, even from tape outs...!!!
Basically I was planning to use it as a phono stage straight to
my CAT Ultimate, but...
So I gave it to my technician who is really good and
he fix the phonostage which is more important to me.
Now I can use it as a phono from tapeouts!
About the Line stage he asked me to find its diagram.
That's my story Chris.....
