I've been tinkering around with ideas to make an automated circuit to control my cooling fan so that it will continue cooling my projector until after the light has been shut off. And then, the circuit will turn off the fan once it has cooled the projector.
I have tried wiring a thermostat with a relay and it works, but it's response time is much too slow for my liking. I have a few other ideas, but I was wondering if other have done much in this area and would like to share their ideas.
