Converging Lens?

im sorry this isnt a projector related question but i figured this board was the best place to ask.

anywho i want to project the outside world on my wall

i have a vent in my room in the middle of the wall facing east the depth of the vent to the outside wall is 280mm

can i make some sort of tube that does the same job?

also is it at all possible to flip the image using just the tube maybe using some plasma manifolds coupled to a duplexer ionising liquid mercury lens...::mhhh long words im clavaaar::

maybe a converging lens then a two mirrors then a projection lens make it shaped like ____

Yes, it's just a big obscure camera, known for centuries. Pinhole is the simplest objective, but half a binocular should rotate the image as well.
