My new project is based on the principle of double bass
small signal
great resonance
I took a loudspeaker and refinement with 10 litres of equal volume
in configuration isobarica become 5
put on a volume of 40 litres with reflex tube
means having a volume 10 times greater than necessary

using 40L, there will be a huge peak at 40Hz, the best you can hope for is a -6dB alignment using 7.5L.
I'd forget about isobaric, and use these drivers with a good woofer, they aren't that good for LF

there is also no way the XT will sound any good with the simple series x-o you show in the first post.
Looking around the web, the only projects I could find using a pair of P13WHs were Lynn's Ariel & ME2: http://www.audiocraftworks.gr/gr/pages/projects/speakers/ariel/ariel.htm
The P13s are very good drivers, just not good at bass...

I agree with Pete. The P13WH is a VERY good mid driver, but it looses all that mid niceness if you ask it to do too much bass.
Far better to use it in a 3-way design where it will just do mid duties.
The XT tweeter is also a VERY nice tweeter, but you have to stay away from its res freq or put a whooping LCR circuit on it. The proposed series x-o does neither.

Re: yes are not good for bass
I have to agree, if we mean to get lower NORMAL bass.
One 5 inch ( 130 mm ) will never make more than small monitor bass sound.
VIFA small woofers, mid woofers, are good in quality
and especially very good in Performance/Price comparison.
Double, TWO 130 mm woofers will not change towards the lower bass.
It can however reduce the midrange distortion.
As each woofer makes 50% of the sound only.
