Connex SMPS600RxE: AC Connection Pinout & Soft Start

I've done my best to hunt this down in the forums, apologies if this is already well-trodden ground:

Is there a pinout diagram or pdf manual for the SMPS600RxE ? I need to know the proper wiring of AC voltage to the green phoenix connector. I can tell which one is GND, but need to know which is LINE and which is NEUT.

Also: Am I supposed to connect NEUT to GND at the board?


Finally, I was led to believe there is Soft Start support for this module, but can find no point of interface for it. I want to turn it on and off with a pushbutton.
