Connecting a DIR9001 or a CS8414 to the MN6618A

Hello

A friend ask me to ad a SPDIF input to convert his old Technics cd player into a Dac, the is a MN6618A digital filter and a PCM54 inside, and the receiver are a MN6617.

How can we connect a DIR9001 or a CS8414 to the MN6618A ?

I can't find the data sheet of the MN6618A and MN6617, but only the pin-out, maby it's not very usefull but I Include the images anyway.

Looks like you will run into the 64Fs/48Fs frame conversion problem and that is a lot of work.
