i would like to replace 1N4004 Diode to 1N4007
and BC547B to C1815 or TL431
and 100nF cap to 102 1KV cap..

1N4004 is a 1A 400V diode
1N4007 is a 1A 1000V diode, yes you can replace the 1N4004 with 1n4007.
BC547B is an NPN small signal transistor, Vceo = 45V, Vces = 50V, Vebo = 6V, Ic = 500mA, Pdiss = 625mW, Hfe = 200.
2SC1815 is an NPN small siganl transistor, Vceo = 50V, Vces = 60V, Vebo = 5V, Ic = 150mA, Pdiss = 400mW, Hfe = 70 to 700
You could replace the 2SC1815 (C1815) with the BC547B, however the average current rating and power disapating rating is low.
TL431 is a programable shunt regulator!!
102 1000v capactor, the 102 is the value of the capacitor, 1000pF or 1nf, this is too small. 104 is what you are looking for 100000pf or 100nf.
1N4007 is a 1A 1000V diode, yes you can replace the 1N4004 with 1n4007.
