I think the nominal speed at 12 V is too high. You'll need a very good DC power supply, with a good adjustment system. An Lp turns at 33 rpm, turn ratio: 18000/33.333=540. The speed depends on the voltage value. Imagine the voltage coefficient per plate rpm!!!!!!!!
