Hi,
I'm planning to build new full range speakers with these cones:
Tweeter 1 x Seas Excel T25CF001
Mid 1 x Seas Excel W15CY001
Bass 1 x Seas Excel W22EX001 / Scan-Speak 21W/8555 ???
Vented box, 24dB Linkwitz-R filters (300/2500 Hz).
I already have the tweeter and mid in my possession, and I'm very happy with the mid cone and just happy with the tweeter. Maybe I'll change the tweeter. Big question is for the bass cone...
I'm not after the big SPL figures. I want crisp clear sound and accurate bass (who doesn't).
Any ideas? Please, give me some comments...

Just note your bass unit efficiency SPL /2.83 V needs to
be 6dB greater than the midrange and treble sensitivity.
(Or two units in parrallel with the same efficiency as the mid unit)
Unless your crossovers are active.
🙂 sreten.
