Anyone happens to know how to reach the lens of a Philips DVD950 without having to completely disassemble the unit?
Some kind of service mode where the laserunit can be brought to the outer part of the unit so it becomes accessible?

You don't happen to know a trick for other Philips dvd's to access the lens? Might work with the 950 too...?

Sorry, I don't now the model. I use long cotton sticks for service purposes on most models of other brands.
