I have a digital transport built of Rpi4 and a bunch of stuff from Ian Canada. Used to run my dac w i2s out from the clean side. My new Auralic's only option is to use USB input to get DSD playback. Is there any RPI HAT with usb output?

There are two or three options I can think of at the moment. If you have a dac with a separate USB board, the replacing the USB board with an isolated one works.
Another option is to use Allo USBridge Sig which is essentially an RPi V3 CPU card plugged into an isolated motherboard. It has one particular isolated USB output just for dacs: USBridge Sig - Ultra low noise RPI
The third option is to drastically clean up the power on an RPi by removing the switchmode power converter chip and then powering all the RPi rails from very clean linear power supplies. Some people say this can be better than Allo USBridge.
I use the first option myself, an I2SoverUSB board as the USB to I2S interface for my dac: I2SoverUSB - I2S over USB Audio
