I have changed the output transistors on one channel because they where shorted.
When start up all the voltage rails reads fine, also bias lock god at 14 mv when warmup for 15 second.
Then the LED goes off state. And the all of the voltage dropping to 0.
I have also tried tochanging the ne555 timer.
