just heard a great bluesy song at my radio
.... dancing down the stony road
I used google, and found out it is a Chris Rea song
Anybody likes his music?
A little bit more about the artist Chris Rea?
I know just about nothing ... but think he is a guitarist.
I have no album from him, before ... 😉

Chris Rea
I heard a piece on FM Radio a few years ago - sounded great but I
had no idea who it was. The song was "Looking For The Summer" and
somehow I learned that the artist was Chris Rea.
I found the song on the cd, "Best of Chris Rea" (1995). There's
another one on that cd, "Fool (If You Think It's Over)" that was
very popular at one time but again, I had never connected an artist
name with the song.
Interestingly, and unfortunately, "Fool" is not the same arrangement
(or as good as, IMO) the single that was played years before. I managed to find that original arrangement on another cd,
"Hard To Find 45's on CD, Volume 8, Seventies Pop Classics"

Very classy, I have The best of Chris Rea (New light through old windows) on LP... very nice last LP of the day kinda music... perfect for sending you to sleepyland. with waves quietly lapping the beach and little cowbells....
I found 'Road to Hell' at my Nan's house years ago. I was quite a late one when it came to music (I had no interest in music until College!). This was pretty much one of the first CD's I listened to. It's good 🙂

They played him a lot in Joburg back in 1999 on FM radio. Road to Hell, Blue Caffee, etc...
