Choosing variable biasing resistor?

One channel is down a bit on my Yamaha AVX-20 and I think the variable resistor is corroded,the trouble is that they are 2.2k ohms and I can only get 2k ohms sealed 10 turn replacements,Will 2k ohms rather than 2.2k ohms do the job no worries? I'm not completely sure so I thought Id better check to be on the safe side.

You should be very unlucky if not a 2k does the job.
I think you should try 2k potentiometer with no worry.
